A whole day at Kuta Beach, tapi

paginya saya dan suami berenang dulu di Hotel. Hotel selanjutanya tempat kami menginap adalah Fox Harris Jimbaran (kado honeymoon dari sahabat saya Diaz. Hotel ini super duper cozy untuk menghabiskan weekend tanpa kemana-manapun disini sangat recommended. Restorannya ada di atas persis di samping kolam renang dengan view langsung pantai kuta.

Setelah cek out dari hotel kami mengembalikan motor dan melanjutkan perjalanan ke Pantai Kuta sambil menunggu flight balik ke Jakarta. Walaupun seharian di Kuta tidak membuat kami bosan, berjalan susur pantai dan juga belanja oleh-oleh pilihan yang bagus untuk mengisi waktu. 

Honeymoon Part 2, Bali! Explore Beaches (2)

– Melasti Beach -

The next beaches that we will visit are Melasti Beach & Pandawa Beach. Secara garis pantai lokasi pantai ini sangat berdekatan, namun untuk akses jalan menuju kedua pantai ini kita harus balik lagi ke atas baru turun lagi. Jam 9 pagi kami menuju Pantai Melasti yang terletak di daerah Ungasan masih di Bali bagian selatan. Pantai Melasti ini masih bagus, pasirnya yang putih dan masih bersih. Karena kami datangnya pagi, belom banyak pengunjung disana. Untuk ke pantai ini kita harus melewati beberapa tebing yang curam, namun karena jalanannya sudah bagus jadi tidak begitu membahayakan.

Honeymoon Part 2, Bali! Here We Come (1)

What’s come on my mind when people go to Bali for Honeymoon? Well, the tropical island where almost all of Indonesian babies are literally made. Sebenernya saya pengen honeymoon ke Jogja, why Jogja? Saya sudah keliling Jawa tapi Jogja, belom pernah sekalipun saya ke sana. Saya sudah browsing tempat-tempat yang akan di kunjungi. Namun suami sudah sering ke Jogja dan pengen ke Bali. Sebagai istri yang harus nurut sama suami okelah saya ikut, lagian sudah lama saya tidak berkunjung ke pulau eksotis itu, ditambah lagi perjanjian Jogja akan masuk ke where to travel list kami.

Kamis malam saya dan suami berangkat dari Jakarta, sampai bali sudah hampir tengah malam. Cek in hotel dan langsung istirahat. 

Weekend Gateway in Bali, Day 3 Sunset in Pandawa

After two days full of travel around Bali, the third day we spend almost a whole day in hotel. Did so much fun swimming, then next plan is goes to Pandawa beach located in Uluwatu for hunting the sunset.

Again, I am not gonna used too much word to describe how much I love watching sunset. Here some others “merekam senja” moment in Pandawa.

The second’s day destination is Padang-padang beach in Uluwatu. From Kuta, the placed that we stay is less than one hour to get there. Then, we start the journey on the morning. For me my self, all of the beach in Bali that I ever visited is all have a good view. Padang-padang beach placed under the cliff. We have to walk down the stairs to get there. It is such a good time to come there in the weekday, especially in the morning. There will be not too much people in there at the time.

Weekend Gateway in Bali, Day 1 Monkey Forest and Magical Sunset

The good thing of being impulsive is you wouldn’t know what other surprise that you made in your live at the short time. This is happens to me. Still during the business trip period I made one minute decision that will give me so much fun later. It begins when I was on business trip in Jember. I got one week to finish my work, luckily I finished it about 3 days so I got 4 days free until another Monday. Then I made a plan to travel for the rest four day. Bali, it is my destination at that time. It just comes up my mind after my friend who’s also on business trip in Bali asked me to come. Then, I asked my client to get me the bus ticket to Bali.

I got the bus ticket at 7pm, it cost me Rp. 170.000,- include 1 portion meal for dinner, quite cheap. Actually I was little bit scare, because I travel alone at the night using bus, and the time estimation is about 8-9 hours. It will be a long time trip. At 7 pm pick me up to hotel. From Jember to Bali the route is through Banyuwangi, it is about 4 hours from Jember.  Arrived at Pelabuhan Ketapang about 12 pm. Then we used Feri to Pelabuhan Gilimanuk (Bali), it is about one hour sail but i still had long way to go from Gilimanuk to Denpasar. About 5am (Bali Time) I arrived in Denpasar. After short nap at hotel then me and 4 of my friend (Xenia, Dekil, Bg Dona and Kak Ana) start the journey from the morning.

A Dramatic Business Trip to Bali Part 2

The second part of my trip to Bali was not so called dramatic. Only because the first part so i just continue with the same tittle. The second-dramatic-part begin when i got my Maag back for two days. It was terrible. I just stay on the bed after work. I still had to come to the office to finished my work there. Then, another weekday was running smooth.

So i finished my work at Friday, and decide to back to Jakarta at Sunday Morning. Because have some appointment at Sunday noon. I bought the ticket back to Jakarta which cost me Rp.719.000,-. After make sure there was nothing left in my work i packed my luggage and everything. I planned a whole day trip with my cousin and my friend there, Party and Iben. They picked me at the Saturday morning. 

The first destination on that day was the cultural park Garuda Wisnu Kencana statu (again). I still curious to see that statue because the last week we went there, the park was closed. So i asked them to take me there again. On the way went there i feel so worry. What if the same thing happen again like last week? What if there is an even there so we cant enter? and what if we got an accident so we cant arrived there? Many "what if" - things running in my head at that time. 

A Dramatic Business Trip To Bali Part 1

Just like the title i called this Business Trip to Bali is dramatic because i've got so many trouble there. Let just start the story. So the story begin when i came back home from Medan several weeks ago. Like my previous post i went to Medan for two weeks is for business trip. I really enjoyed the journal. After Medan, Pekanbaru and Padang was my destination for the second (2 weeks) part of business trip. I spent first one week in Pekanbaru then 3 days (on week days) in Padang so i decided to stay at my home in Solok (one a half hour from padang), and went back to Pekanbaru for one day just to attended the meeting. So my schedule at that day was Solok (home) - Padang (Airport) - Pekanbaru - then Solok again by car. It was really tiring day and very long trip. I decided to back home at the same day from Pekanbaru because i wanted to spend more time at home before heading to another (2 weeks) part of Business Trip to BALI and LOMBOK.

I was excited at that time. Man!! Bali and Lombok for a week each (for free) sounds great huh?.
