Blue Lake, Cisoka

2016 has passed, another 365 pages has waiting to be written. First of all, let me give you a warm greeting. Happy new year, may another year has bring you so much joys an happiness. It isn't to late to say happy new year, Isn't it? To start the new year, having some short trip might be the nice choice. No long weekend at January, so i just plan my travel arround Jakarta.

Ignore my expression

It came up to my mind when i see some of instragram  post from my friend. There are some lake formed from the post operation sands mining. It was  interesting because the colour of the lake is blue. I decided to find that place on that maps, in it takes about 3-4 hours from Jakarta. i texted my friend Alvina (new friend) who has been travel to that placed and she agree to take me there.

Me and Faaiq started our journey from Jakarta arround 9 AM. It took 2 hours by motor cycle to reach Alvina’s home.  She offered us to take a break first. Warmed welcome from her family, her mom cooked for our Lunch (Thank You Alvina’s Mom). At 12.15 we countinued our journey from Alvina’s to Cisoka. It took another 1 and half hour. Actually, you can easily find that place using google maps. To enter that place we have to pay 5k for entering ticket. Well, i warn you there are some people on the first gate asked another 5k but they dont give as the ticket. Later we confirmed to the local people up there, it was some unresponsible people to take the advantages from the tourist.

We arrived at Cisoka about 2 PM, luckily the weather is good with a litle rain and wind to make the atmosfere more comfortable. There are fews lake at that place, the blue one, the big one, and so on. If the lake is too deep, so the color will be more dark blue. There are some local people who sells the food up there. We talked to them and asking about those lake. There are many other lake on the othe villages, all of those lake formed by post operation sands mining. If the place run out the sands, they will aboundant that place and become the lake.
